Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth. Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

  1. Initiating an Exchange
    • Contact us at wristnetclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
    • For hygiene reasons, all returned products will go through a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if:
      • The product has been used.
      • The product is damaged.
  2. Exchange Process
    • Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us and share the tracking ID via the same email thread at wristnetclothing@gmail.com
    • After we receive the product, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
  3. Defective Products
    • If you receive a defective product, please email us photos of the issue at wristnetclothing@gmail.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
  4. Exchange Conditions
    • Exchanges can only be done for the same product in a different size, and this can be done once per order.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
  5. Store Credit
    • Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date it is issued.
    • If a return is approved, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit.
  6. Items on Sale/Promotion
    • Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
